David has been practicing law for over 25 years, at a large global law firm and thereafter in-house at private and public international companies. He has broad legal and business background, including leading the legal team of a one billion dollar Americas region of publicly traded Swiss company, as well as the legal function of a hyper growth mid-size business, with debt/equity raises and IPO readiness. David is experienced in negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing litigation, handling corporate governance and human resources matters, compliance with data privacy restrictions, IP strategy and maintenance, structuring deals, and working with business development/sales teams to drive revenue and profit goals. He currently serves as Deputy General Counsel of a publicly traded global company headquartered in Atlanta. David lives in Peachtree Corners, Georgia with his wife Hope, teenage son Luke, and soon to be teenage daughters Kate and Ellie. He enjoys planning family travel experiences and creating lasting memories.

David shares on his Wellspring Group experience as follows: I was invited to the Battle for Your Heart for men by a good friend in early 2018 and my life has been permanently and positively changed in many ways. I had always viewed myself, and prided myself as being, an analytical, rational thinker, without much room for other perspectives or feelings. Understanding that God wants so much more for me and those in my domain through living in a wholehearted manner and wholehearted community, and putting this gradually into practice, has opened up a new world of relational intimacy and depth. We are driven by our feelings and desires, and embracing this allows us to increasingly play our parts in God's larger love story. And being aware of my wife's two strongest deep desires (finally, it is humbling that it took me this long!) and engaging her in this area has been a game changer. We recently completed the Battle for Your Marriage track, which opened up some old wounds and insecurities. God is doing a work in my heart and it is a challenging, messy process. But it is worth it and I am grateful. Wellspring Group truly helps us to discover and live the life God created us to live.
