Mandi Wellington

Mandi joined the Wellspring team in 2024 after over a decade of work in non-profit development. She is excited to be lending her skills to create cohesive systems across the various teams at Wellspring Group (WG). Strategic development is a passion of Mandi’s and she is eager to work with the WG team to fulfill its mission of transformational impact. Mandi has a Bachelor’s Degree from North GA College and State University and has earned her Associate Coaching Certification through CoachU.

In 2015 Mandi first experienced Wellspring Group at the Battle for Women’s Heart. The Lord met her in her longing for wholeness and launched her on a path of rich intimacy with Him. She has continued to pursue walking in oneness with the Trinity and is deeply passionate about inviting others into this wholehearted intimacy. Since 2015, Mandi has been through the Battle for your Marriage, served as a retreat facilitator and speaker, been to silent retreats, and led Building Authentic Community groups. “Basically, any resource that WG offered to grow me deeper into Jesus, I was going to take advantage of it,” Mandi says. “Wholehearted relationship with Jesus has changed everything for me. It has changed my family and the way I relate to the world. The verse that comes to mind is, ‘taste and see that He is good’. My journey with WG played a pivotal role in helping me see and taste Him. And indeed, it tastes very good!”

Mandi and her husband, Jamie, have been married since 2005 and they have 4 children (ages 11, 13, 14, and 15). You can most often find the Wellington family at the lake or at a baseball game. Her ideal vacation simply involves a quite stretch on a sandy beach with a book or a conversation with a friend.
