Carrie joined Wellspring Group in 2022 as part of the Design Team where she works to develop and write new material as well as revise our current curriculum. Carrie is passionate about spiritual formation and received a master's degree from Alliance Theological Seminary with a focus on models of spiritual formation. When asked how Wellspring has impacted her life she says, “My Wellspring journey has helped me to discover God’s persistent pursuit of my heart and to open my whole heart to his transforming love. As he patiently removes the obstacles that keep me from experiencing his love for me, I am finding that I listen more deeply, love more unconditionally and pursue the hearts of others more fervently.”

Carrie is happily married to Michael and serves alongside him as he pastors a Christian Reformed church in Northern NJ. They have 3 amazing young adult children and are navigating the joys and challenges of this new stage of parenting! Carrie enjoys hiking and is a confirmed coffee snob and foodie. She dreams of traveling to Portugal (or pretty much anywhere!) someday.
