For over 25 years, Jerry Ingraham has delivered product innovation, led successful brand launches and built strong marketing teams for several leading baby gear brands. As a gifted and contemplative leader, he has learned to listen, discern and clearly formulate winning marketing strategies that have produced substantial revenue and team growth.

Jerry earned his Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, and his BA from Alvernia University. He began his career at Graco Children’s Products, launching their first car seat in the mid-1990’s. In 2005, he transitioned to his current role as President of Iron Mountains, a subsidiary of Wonderland Nursery Goods, one of the world’s largest baby gear manufacturers. Driven by consumer insight, he has led his team to develop many industry first-product innovations. In his dual role as Chief Marketing Officer, Jerry has played a key role in the strategic launch and management of two international brands, Joie and nuna. A father of five and also a lay leader in the children’s ministry at Cocalico Community Church, Jerry attributes his success to his passion to love and protect children.

He believes Wellspring Group and the Battle for Your Heart process has given him a clear life calling, with a purpose of representing God’s heart by being a compassionate leader and seeking out ways to have a positive impact on the lives of those he touches; he is currently embarking on his fourth Battle journey. Jerry is excited to bring his heart, as well as his analytical and strategic thinking to the Board of Directors to enhance Wellspring Group’s mission.

Jerry is a die-hard caffeinated tea drinker who also enjoys traveling, running, hiking with his goldendoodle, hanging out with his kids and taking ballroom dance lessons with Julie, his wife of 30 years. They live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
