Rob Consoli is a highly relational servant leader who excels both in the marketplace and in his personal life. With over 35 years of experience in the high-technology industry, Rob has played a key role in helping companies achieve their growth and revenue goals, resulting in several successful exits. He has held various executive positions, including Chief Revenue Officer at Skuid, Chief Revenue Officer at Liaison Technologies, VP of North American Sales at I.D. Systems, Inc., VP of Sales at SAP, and Global VP of Sales at Visipirise, among others. Currently, he serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Element.io, a leading provider of secure communications.

Rob is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife Amy live in Roswell, GA, and are proud parents of three married children and two lovely granddaughters.

Rob's passion lies in mentoring and transformational discipleship. He invests his time in leading and guiding others, both in his professional responsibilities and in the various ministries he is involved in. As a board member of Wellspring Group, Chairman of the Board for Souly Business, and Chairman of the Board for Uncommon Pursuit, Rob is committed to transformational discipleship.

Since attending the Wellspring Battle for Your Heart retreat in 2015, Rob is currently leading his fifth men's group through the battle process. He credits Wellspring with new insights into his own heart, which have enabled him to become an even better leader, mentor, husband, father, and friend.
