Tom joined the Wellspring Group team as the Partnership Director in September 2021. Tom’s role involves envisioning and equipping church partners to reproduce wholehearted community. He currently oversees the development and implementation of the Church Coaching Track, as well as the plan to expand Wellspring’s influence here in the US and around the world. Tom received an MA in Theology/Missions from Birmingham Theological Seminary/Reformed Theological Seminary. His many experiences in cross-cultural ministry have taken him to over 75 countries and counting.

Tom attended his first Battle for Men’s Heart Retreat and follow through process in Spring of 2008. That wholehearted experience of the transformational love of God continues to deeply impact every area of his life to this day. The Wellspring experience has radically changed his capacity to love and engage as a friend, father, and husband – just ask his wife!

Tom, his wife Molly and their 3 daughters live in Charlotte, NC. Tom enjoys any time he can spend hanging out with or helping his wife and daughters in their diverse seasons of life. He also loves quality time in eclectic coffee shops with a perfect flat white.
