Will joined Wellspring Group as a consultant in 2022 where he oversees the technology for retreats, works to create and update media such as videos, graphic design, and the website, and works with others on new initiatives to help Wellspring Group operate more effectively. Will has a bachelor's degree from Clemson University and over 20 years of experience as a musician and audio engineer.

When asked how Wellspring has impacted his life Will said, "Wellspring has changed the way I communicate. It's given me language to express what's happening inside me and better connect with other people." Will and his wife Lauren live outside Atlanta, GA and enjoy playing board games, making music, and traveling.
